A {TEAM} Challenge

The RangerRun was a very unique opportunity to get to train with friends and watch each other be pushed to new levels. The training that we did went for 10 weeks. Once a week we did the events in order and gradually added distance to our runs. We started at 1 mile and increased a half a mile each week. Since this was the second year that the event had taken place we felt like we learned how to train better. Having three others to push you is a great help to achieve more than you thought was possible. I know I couldn’t have done what I did on my own. I truly believe that the four people on our team wanted to push harder because they didn’t want to let the other three down. If you want a new excitement to your workouts and a way to push yourself farther than you think you could go, try getting three other people and train for next year’s RangerRun. We will be ready to defend our title.
